1. Agreement and scope
CAZONCI.NET is an independently created platform developed and operated by Cazonci Yacata. These Terms apply when you access or use the measurement application and related interactive features. Reading public legal documents does not by itself constitute acceptance.
To enter the measurement application, you must review the Pre-Access Disclosure, affirm the agreement checkbox, and select I agree & enter while the access window is active. The countdown itself is not acceptance. If you decline, do not use the measurement tools.
The current access window is 120 seconds. Opening the standalone Terms or Privacy document ends the current timer attempt; returning to the application starts a fresh review window so you are not penalized for reading the complete document.
2. Nature of the service
CAZONCI.NET is a network observatory. It can display an observed public IP address, approximate network-derived location, browser-reported device context, and results from selected measurement methods. It can compare download speed, upload speed, latency, and related connection information when those values are available.
Results describe a particular device, connection, route, server path, browser, and point in time. They do not certify the condition of your ISP, router, Wi-Fi configuration, local network, firewall, device security, or any other system that the browser cannot directly inspect.
3. Measurement risks and user responsibility
- Run tests only on devices and Internet connections you own or are authorized to use.
- Do not run performance tests during critical calls, uploads, backups, production operations, medical monitoring, or other activity where bandwidth disruption could cause harm or loss.
- Stop other speed tests or high-bandwidth transfers when you want cleaner comparative results.
- Do not treat a single measurement as a guarantee of future speed, availability, latency, or service quality.
- Do not treat CAZONCI.NET as a vulnerability scanner, penetration test, Wi-Fi security audit, or network certification service.
4. Measurement providers and third-party services
The testing interface is presented inside CAZONCI.NET, but some measurement traffic is carried by third-party infrastructure. Cloudflare receives traffic for the Cloudflare measurement path and carries the transport used by the CAZONCI Edge and CAZONCI Stream profiles. Measurement Lab receives traffic for the M-Lab NDT7 measurement path.
Cloudflare and Measurement Lab are independent organizations. Their systems, availability, routing, retention practices, methodologies, and policies can change without control by CAZONCI.NET. Use of those paths is also subject to the applicable provider policies.
Beyond the Orbit links to independent third-party speed tests, Wi-Fi utilities, LAN tools, ping/routing services, DNS/domain utilities, and network-intelligence resources. Those destinations are not operated by CAZONCI.NET. Opening a third-party destination means you are interacting directly with that provider under its own terms and privacy practices.
5. Acceptable use
Use CAZONCI.NET lawfully and responsibly. You may not use the platform to interfere with networks or services, access devices without authorization, bypass provider restrictions, deliver malicious content, conduct abusive automation, overload measurement infrastructure, or perform intrusive scanning or security testing against systems you do not own or control.
No feature, link, result, or documentation on CAZONCI.NET grants permission to test a third-party network or device beyond what the owner or applicable law authorizes.
6. Intellectual property and third-party rights
CAZONCI.NET’s original branding, original application code, layout, visual system, editorial content, and original product architecture are proprietary work of Cazonci Yacata except where third-party material is used under its own license. Access to the website does not transfer ownership of the platform or grant a license to reproduce, redistribute, reverse-package, resell, or commercially exploit proprietary portions of the application.
You may share the public CAZONCI.NET link and use measurement exports that the application creates for you. Cloudflare, Measurement Lab, software libraries, fonts, and all other third-party names, marks, code, and assets remain subject to their respective owners and licenses. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or affiliation.
7. No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CAZONCI.NET and its content, measurements, exports, interfaces, and related tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” No express or implied warranty is made regarding accuracy, completeness, availability, reliability, uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or freedom from defects.
Features may contain errors, providers may be unavailable, browser restrictions may affect measurements, and results may change between runs.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cazonci Yacata will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from or related to use of or inability to use CAZONCI.NET, including loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of business, excessive data usage, provider charges, or reliance on a measurement result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, unlawful conduct, or any liability, consumer protection, or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where a limitation is prohibited, the applicable law controls.
9. Availability, maintenance, and product changes
CAZONCI.NET may change, suspend, replace, or discontinue features as the platform evolves. Measurement providers may independently change endpoints, protocols, policies, capacity, or availability. No guarantee is made that a particular measurement engine, third-party tool, export format, or interface will always remain available.
10. Future editions, accounts, and payment previews
Business, Pro, and Enterprise are product previews in this version and are not currently available for purchase through CAZONCI.NET. Join and Login are preview experiences only. This release does not create customer accounts, request account passwords, or collect subscription payment information.
Prices, capabilities, limits, and launch timing shown for future editions may change before those products become available.
11. Preserved legal and statutory rights
If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable in a particular jurisdiction, it applies only to the maximum extent permitted there, and the remaining provisions continue where legally allowed. These Terms do not waive rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit you to waive.
12. Updates, questions, and contact
These Terms may be updated when the application, measurement architecture, data practices, or legal conditions materially change. A new version/date may require renewed acceptance before access to measurement features.
