1. Scope and privacy principles
This policy describes CAZONCI.NET’s application-level data practices. It also identifies important third-party infrastructure involved in page delivery and measurement. Third-party providers maintain their own policies and may process information independently when you use their services.
CAZONCI.NET aims to distinguish between information that is observed, measured, browser-reported, approximate, entered by you, or unavailable. The application should not claim certainty where the browser or network does not provide it.
2. Loading the website
Like any website, CAZONCI.NET cannot be delivered without network requests. The hosting and delivery infrastructure receives ordinary request information such as the IP address used to connect, requested path, timing information, and standard HTTP metadata required to serve and protect the site.
Oxanium and IBM Plex typography is requested from Google Fonts when the browser can reach it. Those font requests are separate network requests to Google’s font infrastructure. When they cannot load, system-font fallbacks are used.
3. Connection snapshot and browser-reported information
After you accept the Pre-Access Disclosure, CAZONCI.NET requests an observed public IP address and approximate network-derived location from its configured connection endpoint. The interface can also display information reported by the browser, such as browser family, operating-system information, and viewport dimensions.
This release does not request precise device location through the browser geolocation API, inspect your files, scan your local Wi-Fi or LAN, retrieve saved passwords, or intentionally create a persistent fingerprint.
| Information | Purpose | Application-level handling |
|---|---|---|
| Observed public IP | Connection identity/context | Displayed for the current session; excluded from result exports/shares. |
| Approximate location | Network context | Derived from network information; not precise GPS location. |
| Browser / OS / viewport | Technical context and troubleshooting | Browser-reported; can be incomplete or inaccurate. |
| Speed-test results | Measurement and comparison | Held in current page memory for the session unless you explicitly export/share. |
4. Speed-test and measurement services
CAZONCI.NET presents four measurement perspectives in one interface. The measurement paths do not all use independent infrastructure.
Cloudflare
The Cloudflare measurement path sends test traffic to Cloudflare. Cloudflare states that its Internet Speed Test receives the IP address used to connect, estimates city/country and ASN information, and processes speed-test data under its own privacy policy. Cloudflare also states that its speed test can consume substantial data.
CAZONCI Edge and CAZONCI Stream
These are CAZONCI.NET measurement profiles with different transfer behavior, but their browser transport uses Cloudflare measurement infrastructure. As a result, Cloudflare receives the network requests used for those measurements.
M-Lab NDT7
M-Lab is an independent organization and acts under its own policies. CAZONCI.NET does not control M-Lab’s retention, publication, infrastructure, or third-party use of published measurement data.
5. Local session data, agreement state, and the access timer
CAZONCI.NET uses browser sessionStorage to remember the Terms version accepted during the current tab session, the acceptance time, the active access attempt, and whether that tab has been locked after expiration or decline. This is local browser state; it is not an account and is not an application-level server database of consent records.
The V25.0 review window is 120 seconds. When you open the standalone Terms or Privacy document from the gate, the current timer attempt is cleared. Returning to CAZONCI.NET starts a fresh 120-second review window so reading the full document does not consume the gate’s remaining time.
Measurement comparison results are kept in page memory and are cleared by reloading or closing the page unless you explicitly export or share them.
6. Contact messages
If you use the contact form, the name, email address, subject, and message you provide are submitted through the site’s configured managed form-delivery service so the operator can receive and respond to your inquiry. That service may process technical information for delivery, abuse prevention, and spam filtering.
Do not send passwords, payment-card information, authentication secrets, private network diagrams, or other highly sensitive information through the contact form.
7. Sharing and exports
The general Share feature is designed to share the public CAZONCI.NET URL and general site description—not your observed IP address or live measurement state.
The Results Center can export or share selected measurement results only after you request an export/share action. Generated result summaries omit the observed public IP address, approximate location, and browser/device details. If you use an external social platform, email application, or native device share sheet, that destination processes the information you choose to send under its own policies.
8. Beyond the Orbit and external networking tools
Beyond the Orbit is a curated directory of third-party resources covering speed testing, network quality, Wi-Fi analysis, LAN discovery, ping/routing, DNS/domain utilities, and network intelligence. CAZONCI.NET does not operate those external services.
When you open a third-party tool, your browser connects directly to that provider. The provider may receive your IP address, browser information, cookies, measurement data, or other information according to its own service design and privacy policy. Review the destination’s policy before submitting data or running tests.
9. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
This V25.0 application code does not intentionally set advertising cookies or include an advertising network. It does not include an application-level analytics tracker in the build. The local access-state implementation uses sessionStorage, not a persistent advertising identifier.
Third-party services you open or measurement providers you use may independently use cookies, logs, analytics, or other technologies under their own policies.
10. Retention
CAZONCI.NET’s connection endpoint is designed to return visitor-specific connection information without maintaining an application-level IP history. Hosting, delivery, security, form, email, and measurement providers may retain operational information according to their own policies, service configuration, and legal obligations.
Contact submissions may remain in the configured form service and notification inbox until deleted. The current build does not implement an automatic deletion schedule for contact messages.
M-Lab’s retention model is different: M-Lab states that experiment data is retained indefinitely and published publicly. See Section 4 and M-Lab’s own policy for details.
11. Your choices and privacy requests
- You may read the Terms and Privacy Policy without entering the measurement application.
- You may decline the Pre-Access Disclosure and avoid running CAZONCI.NET measurement tools.
- You may choose which supported measurement perspectives to run.
- You may stop a running test.
- You may clear browser session storage to remove local agreement/access state.
- You may avoid M-Lab if you do not want to participate in its public Internet-measurement dataset.
- You may contact the operator regarding CAZONCI.NET data handling, accessibility, correction, or deletion requests that apply to operator-controlled information.
Your rights may differ by jurisdiction and may also depend on which independent provider processed the information. Requests concerning M-Lab or Cloudflare-controlled information may need to be directed to those organizations.
12. Security and technical limits
CAZONCI.NET uses browser and hosting security controls intended to reduce common web risks, but no website, transmission, storage system, measurement provider, or third-party destination can be guaranteed completely secure or continuously available.
The connection information shown by CAZONCI.NET is not a security certification. The app does not prove that your router, Wi-Fi password, local devices, firewall rules, DNS configuration, or private network is secure.
13. Policy changes and contact
This Privacy Policy may be updated when product behavior, providers, measurement architecture, or data practices materially change. The version and effective date at the top of this page identify the current document.
For questions about CAZONCI.NET privacy practices, return to the site and use the Contact section with the Privacy request subject.
